I offer coaching both in person and online, and if necessary or preferred, a combination of both.
Everyone works through coaching at their own pace, so the number of sessions needed for each person can be very different. Most coaches agree around 6 sessions per client is an average.
I have listed some examples of coaching issues you may have, but this is by no means a exhaustive list, and you may well have another issue you would like to work on through coaching:
- You are finding it difficult to settle into your life as an international for yourself, your children or your family.
- You would like to (return to) work but have no idea how to do this.
- You would like to be more assertive (personally or/and professionally).
- You would like to be a better communicator (personally or/and professionally).
- You don’t really know what your next steps are (personally or/and professionally) and would like to find some direction.
- You would like to become better at resolving conflicts (either personally or professionally).
- You would like to improve an aspect of your physical health.
- You would like to improve an aspect of your emotional health.
- You would like to find a better balance between your work and personal lives.
- You would like to find ways to reduce your stress.
- You don’t feel comfortable ‘in your skin’ but you don’t know why.
